Introduction
Chloroprene rubber SN242 is high bond strength, it is obtained by mercaptan modified and Chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization with high rate of crystallization, for using a Nairit recipe and process technology. It can be seen as equivalent to Dupont AD-20 of the United States.
Characteristics
1. Fast rate of crystallization and stronger cohesion; Medium viscosity among the SN24- series and can be dissolved in toluene or mixed solvents;
2. Better solubility and uniformity than CR244 and good storage stability;
3.Adhesive cements prepared by SN242 is light in color and high bonding strength, quick good grips, easy handling, adhesion layer to keep a long time;
4. Good resistant to ozone, weather, oil, chemical corrosion and extension of the fine is not flammable;
5. SN242 can be divided into SN242A and SN242B, SN242A is closer to A90 and can be used as applicable grade of preparing grafted adhesive;
6. SN242B is closer to AD-20, mainly preparing decoration adhesive and so on.
Appearance
White or light yellow chips, with talcum as a release agent, no mechanical impurities.
