The Sample is massed by mill, pass 250±5g of sample between the rolls with a roll temperature of 50±5℃ and the distance between the rolls of 1.4±0.1mm, total ten passes.
Application
Nitrile rubber 3345 is a medium-acrylonitrile, low-Mooney, fast-curing type nitrile rubber. It is characterized by excellent fluidity, easy processing, and low mold contamination. It is a highly versatile rubber raw material resistant to oil. It is produced by the low-temperature emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. The rubber block is light brown in color, with a pure and fine texture, and comes with a non-polluting antioxidant that prevents discoloration and aging. It is suitable for various processes such as extrusion, molding, and foaming, and is widely used in products like oil pipes, oil seals, gaskets, automotive parts, oil-resistant shoe soles, and others.
Product advantages
The Mullen viscosity is low, resulting in excellent fluidity of the rubber compound. The extrusion surface is smooth without any patterns, and the molding process is less prone to material shortage and air bubbles. The vulcanization process is fast, with high production efficiency, making it suitable for automated production lines. It has stable performance in resisting mineral oil and hydraulic oil, with balanced rebound and wear resistance. The formula has strong compatibility and can be mixed and modified with PVC. It causes less mold contamination, the product appearance is clean, it is not prone to frosting or color change, and has outstanding cost-effectiveness.
