The VP latex is a terpolymer of Styrene,Butadiene and 2-Vinyl Pyridine monomer. with better adhesion, it used for dipping of Nylon, Rayon, Polyester fabrics & other Textile reinforcement materials,which provides excellent adhesion between dipped Fabrics and Rubber Compound.

Dipping of fabric for tire, conveyor belt and other textile reinforced rubber based products.

Transportation and Storage
Store and transport within a temperature range of 0‑40℃. Protect the material from freezing and direct sunlight exposure. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use. When properly stored, the shelf‑life is 6 months counting from the date of production.

Q2: Why does pH drop after long‑time storage?
pH value may decrease over storage. You can adjust pH back to 10‑11.5 with dilute ammonia solution before use, to maintain stable dipping performance.

It is non‑dangerous goods for transportation. It is alkaline; wear gloves and goggles during operation. Avoid long‑term skin and eye contact.
