Basic Performance: The crosslinking agent TAC is tricyclohexyl isocyanurate, also known as triallyl isocyanurate. The crosslinking agent T has the chemical name 1,3,5-olefin monomer, with a molecular weight of 249.27. It is a colorless transparent solution, with a relative density of 1.1 to 1.115. The freezing point is 26 to 28℃, the boiling point is 297℃. The viscosity (at 30℃) is 80 to 86 mPa·s. The refractive index is 1.5069. It dissolves in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, cyclohexanone, acetone, polyols, etc., is slightly soluble in alkanes, and insoluble in water. It has functions such as cross-linking modification, sulfurization aid, and internal plasticization. It undergoes self-polymerization when heated to 140℃. It is non-toxic.
Application
It is used as an efficient and high-temperature-resistant crosslinking agent for unsaturated polyester resins, polyolefins, CPE, EVA, PVC, ethylene-propylene rubber, fluorine rubber, acrylate, epoxy resin, DAIP, etc. The crosslinked unsaturated polyester resin adhesive has a heat resistance of over 260℃. It can also be used as a monomer for anisotropic adhesives.
