Properties
Grayish-white granular with the composition of 80%CBS and 20%EPDM&dispersing agents.
Application
A medium fast primary accelerator suitable for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPDM. An outstanding delayed action accelerator. Be top effective and safe when used at ordinary processing temperatures, causing no scorches.Vulcanized show excellent physical property and quick complete. Usually used alone,when activated by D, TT and TS. The rubber plays a role in accelerating the vulcanization process. Its curing time is very long, the processing safety is high, and the vulcanization speed is fast. It can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, or can be used in combination with disulfiram salts or zalmunim salts as a vulcanization accelerator. The resulting vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance and low compression permanent deformation properties. Thiourea-type accelerators have a significant secondary promoting effect on CBS, especially in low-sulfur rubber compounds. In rubber compounds containing thiol-type accelerators and zalmunim-type accelerators, CBS can delay the curing and improve processing safety.
