Properties

White granular with the composition of 80%DTDM and 20%EPDM&dispersing agents.

Application

Sulphur donor vulcanizing agent forefficient vulcanization and semi-efficient vulcanization cure system; provide heat/reversion/aging resistance in NRand synthetic rubbers; non-blooming; excellent storage safety. Pre-dispersed rubber masterbatch DTDM-80 is a sulfur-containing crosslinking agent with a sulfur carrier. It has a long curing time and a slow curing speed. It can be used alone with a accelerator, and during the curing process, it releases active sulfur to participate in the crosslinking process, forming single and multiple sulfur bonds. It is used for sulfur-free curing and can also be used together with sulfur and accelerators. The cured rubber has excellent heat aging resistance and low compression permanent deformation properties. It is generally used in effective and semi-effective curing systems, and can also be used in high-temperature rapid curing systems to produce heat-resistant rubber types.

During the granulation process of the mother rubber particles, they are filtered simultaneously, without containing impurities.
When making extruded products, they will not cause the filter screen to get clogged, reducing the waste rate and improving production efficiency.
It has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.
