Advantages
All the raw material ZnO (63 µm) is thoroughly sieved.
After being processed into mother rubber particles, no dust will be, improving the production environment.
The mother rubber particles ZnO-80 is pre-dispersed using rubber carriers, preventing the absorption of moisture by zinc oxide and effectively ensuring the activity of zinc oxide.
The mother rubber particles do not stick together at room temperature, making the ingredient mixing convenient and accurate.
At a lower temperature such as 50°C, it has a lower Mooney viscosity, improving the dispersion quality of zinc oxide in the rubber compound.
During granulation, it is filtered simultaneously without containing impurities, which will not cause the filter screen to get clogged when making extruded products, reducing the scrap rate, and improving production efficiency.
It has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.
