White to gray-white granular with the composition of 80%TBBS and 20%EPDM&dispersing agents.
Application
The product posses the best scorching quality of sulfenamide type accelerators. Its scorching quality in natural rubber is better than DIBS, the operating safety is much better. Mainly used in manufacturing of tires, rubber belts and shock absorber. It is a type of sulfonylamine-based pre-dispersed rubber accelerator, which plays a role in accelerating the rubber vulcanization in the rubber. Its scorching time is very long, the processing safety is high, and the vulcanization speed is fast. It can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, or can be used in combination with disulfiram salts or zonalum-type accelerators. The resulting vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance and low compression permanent deformation performance. The thiourea-type accelerator has a significant secondary promoting effect on TBBS, especially in low-sulfur rubber compounds. In rubber compounds containing thiol-type accelerators and zonalum-type accelerators, TBBS can delay scorching and improve processing safety.
