Composition: 80% dibenzothiazole disulfide, 20% ethylene-propylene rubber carrier and surface active dispersant. Appearance: Brown particles.

Density: ~ 1.32 g/cm³ (20℃). Pre-dispersed® HiDispersion MBTS-80 is a general-purpose semi-ultra-speed accelerator with good processing safety. It can be used alone or in combination with other accelerators. When used with activated disulfiram acid salts, it can prevent scorching. Gum type, disulfiram acid salt type and aldehyde amine type accelerators all have activating effects on MBTS-80. It has a retardation effect in the processing and vulcanization of CR rubber compounds. When used in combination with ultra-speed accelerators, MBTS-80 can improve processing safety. The vulcanized rubber of MBTS-80 has good heat aging resistance.
