Use Mode of action
H40MSF improves the homogeneity of various rubber blends and Improves the dispersion of fillers and other rubber chemicals. The viscosity of all rubber compounds is increased. H40MS is a unsaponifiable resin, which is resistant against alkalies, acids and other chemicals. In all ruber compounds H40MS improves compounding, ply-adhesion properties, extrudability, calandering and mould flow. In general, H40MS has little influence on vulcanizate properties. A clear improvement of tear strength, e.g. of NR/BR, CIIR and BIIR vulcanizates is to be emphasized.

H40MSF can be incorporated both in the internal mixer or on the mill. It Should be added together with the fillers.

Application
Truck tires, passenger car tires, industrial and bicycle tires, retreads, conveyor belts and other technical rubber goods. Due to its colour H40MS is used in dark compounds.
