Uses
Rubber Homogenizer 40-MSF is a multifunctional rubber processing additive designed to improve the uniformity of rubber compounds and enhance the dispersion of fillers and rubber chemicals during mixing.
As a non-saponifiable resin, 40-MSF offers good resistance to acids, alkalis and other chemicals. It can improve the mixing performance, interlayer adhesion, extrusion, calendering and molding fluidity of different rubber compounds.
40-MSF has only a limited effect on the properties of vulcanized rubber while significantly improving the tear strength of rubber compounds. Its performance is particularly noticeable in natural rubber (NR), butadiene rubber (BR) and halogenated butyl rubber (CIIR/BIIR) compounds.
