Storage and transportation requirements

Avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and unloading during handling to prevent impact.

Store in a clean, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. The distance from the wall should be greater than 0.5m, and should not be close to water pipes, sewers and heating devices to prevent moisture and deterioration, and should not be close to the fire source.

Solubility

Soluble in chloroform, propylene, partially soluble in benzene and ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate.

Main usage

1.Used as accelerator for natural rubber, general synthetic rubber and latex. The critical vulcanization temperature is high (138 ℃ ). Not easy to produce early vulcanization. Thiuram, disulfide carbamate, guanidine and alkaline substances can activate this product. It has a delayed vulcanization effect in neoprene rubber. The use of this product needs to be combined with zinc oxide and stearic acid, the activation of lead monoxide is stronger than zinc oxide, but the safety is slightly worse, the general dosage is 0.5- 1.5 mass parts, sulfur 2.0-3.0 mass parts.

2.The accelerator MZ can also improve the bonding strength of rubber and metal, and is an important heat-sensitive agent of latex. This product is not polluted or discolored in the rubber material, and is suitable for the manufacture of latex products, sponge products, cables, rubber shoes, medical and health products and food contact products.
