The pure product is white crystal. IPPD is dissolved in oil, acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, carbon disulfide and ethanol, hard to get dissolved in gasoline, not dissolved in water.

IPPD is a general antioxidant among amine antioxidants with an excellent performance. It is a main variety among p-phenyl ene dia mine antioxidants with the longest history of use. The product is suitable for natural rubber as well as synthetic rubbers such as styrene butadiene rubber, cis- butadiene rubber ,an d nitril e rubber.
Its performance in preventing ozone-related aging and flex cracking is especially prominent. The product can also provide good protection against thermo-oxidative ageing and light ageing.
IPPD is ease to disperse in rubber materials, resulting in serious pollution. It is irritating to skin, and is s lighting toxic. The common amount used is 1-4 portions.

IPPD Should not be stacked together. It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in a single layer. The packaged product should avoid direct sunlight. stacking the product by overlapping it may lead to the abnormal compression of the product. The shelf life is 12 months from manufacture date under the recommended storage condition.

Transported by clear vehicle with ceiling, avoid sunshine and rain, keep away from hot source.
