Properties

Light yellow powder(granule). Odorless and non-toxic. Specific gravity:1.5. Soluble in benzene, CS2, acetone and chloroform; partly soluble in gasoline and CCL4;Insoluble in water and alkali.

Application

Secondary accelerator for NR, SBR, EPDM, and NBR. For rich sulphur content of 28%, it could be used as cure agent. In the system of SBR and NBR, it could be used the primary cure agent. No poison and no pollution. Easily dispersed in rubber system and water.

This product is used as an auxiliary accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. Due to its ability to decompose free sulfur upon heating, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent, with an effective sulfur content of 28% of its mass. When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is relatively safe at the operating temperature, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. This product can be used as a main accelerator in chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and butyl rubber. When used in combination with thiazole-type accelerators, it is particularly suitable for nitrile rubber, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent compression deformation and heat resistance properties. When manufacturing latex sponge, it is advisable to use it in combination with accelerator WILLING MZ. This product can be easily dispersed in dry rubber and also in water. It does not cause pollution. It is generally used for manufacturing heat-resistant products, cables, etc.
