Rubber accelerators are indeed mostly in powder form, as fine as flour. This form is not accidental-powder makes it easier to mix evenly with rubber raw materials, ensuring a complete chemical reaction. However, there are exceptions; some special types are made into granules or flakes, but powder form remains the mainstream due to its better dispersibility and dissolution speed.

Precautions for Use
Although the advantages of powder form are obvious, a protective mask should be worn during operation-fine particles may irritate the respiratory tract. It is recommended to use in a well-ventilated environment to avoid dust. Store away from humid environments, otherwise clumping may occur, affecting the effectiveness of the product. Do not mix different colored accelerator powders to avoid visual confusion and incorrect mixing ratios.
