Insoluble in water, but readily soluble in most organic solvents, including ethanol, acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, and ethyl acetate.
A delayed-action sulfenamide accelerator offering excellent scorch safety and stable vulcanization performance.
Suitable for Natural Rubber (NR), Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Isoprene Rubber (IR), and SBS compounds.

Application

Ideal for manufacturing automobile tires, including tread, sidewall, carcass, and other tire components.
Suitable for the production of rubber hoses, conveyor belts, V-belts, and other industrial rubber products.
Recommended for thick rubber articles and products requiring excellent scorch safety and long processing time.
Provides stable vulcanization performance and helps improve the mechanical properties and aging resistance of rubber compounds.
